It’s been a little quiet on the blog site despite some recent photo shoots which have been VERY exciting.

Firstly we did the Dzyple Last hip hop rapper shoot out at Redfern Technology Park. The location was amazing and Demien was a fantastic help in being so great to pose and his enthusiasm and willingness to ‘get the shot’ was amazing. Photos to follow very soon. The shoot was for the purpose of his upcoming CD cover and promotional posters/billboards. A big thanks to Craig Goldsmith who worked as my trusty assistant on the shoot, and also Saofia Maiva (Demien’s sister) who was a big motivator and her enthusiasm on the day was priceless. I have a number of up coming shoots, including family portraits, newborns and pregnancy shoots – so stay tuned!

Wow what a day Taryn and Adam had for their wedding, held in Manly on Saturday! The bride looked gorgeous, the groom was cool calm and collected and the day was simpy perfect. I will continue to add more shots here over the next few days.

What an AWESOME day for a family photo shoot. Caught up with Troy, Anthea and their gorgeous kids in Manly this afternoon and we got some cracking shots of this beautiful family.

This is one event Manly will have to hold onto! Really looking forward to Taryn and Adam’s wedding! It’s going to be an awesome day!

My next event is Leigh Morrison’s 40th bday party, with all the glamour and glitz of dress up this is sure going to be fun to shoot. There’s going to be a red carpet, and all 100 odd guests will be dressed up to the nine’s! Can’t wait!!

On Saturday I caught up with Jodie and Jeremy who bid on a portrait package at a fundraising event I participated on earlier in the year. We decided to do the sunset photo shoot down at Collins Beach in Manly, and it was a PERFECT afternoon/evening for it with the sun setting and some light cloud about too! Jodie and Jeremy warmed up really quickly and by the time we got down to the beach they were posing like professional models! Can’t wait to upload a few photos from the day – watch this space!

ANOTHER gorgeous bubba, was 10 month old Holly.  We had to move the shoot from 7:30am (due to the rain) to 4:30pm, and whilst the sun was a bit harsher, we found some great spots and got right into it. Holly is one of the smiliest little bubba’s I’ve ever come across! Thanks Caroline and Alister for being such fun, and partaking so brilliantly in your photo shoot!

Blessed we were, with the weather/clouds! A perfect softbox for a great photo shoot. 4 month old Kate was a SUPER star and loved the attention of being photographed! This was the first time I got to meet Kate’s Dad Jason, great pleasure!! Even the grandparents got in on the act and everyone had fun!

Today it started out raining, quite heavily! But thank God that’s cleared and our two shoots at Balmoral are going ahead!

Edit @ 1100am – just got back from one of the two shoots at Balmoral, the light was AMAZING, lots of high cloud, the PERFECT soft box. We were sooo fortunate and it was great to meet Glynis, Jason, gorgeous four month old baby Kate and of course the grand parents – Noela & David. Photos to follow soon! Yipeeeee!
